jvq Flaky Test Gate Now Takes Three Lines of GitHub Actions YAML

jvq 0.8.0 puts the flaky test gate into the GitHub Action. Name your test results with flaky: and the action keeps the test history in the Actions cache, adds to it on pushes to the default branch, and judges pull requests against it without writing.

It also closes a gap 0.7 left open. When a quarantined Go test crashed, the rest of its package never ran, and nothing said so. jvq now lists those tests as not run, with a warning on the run. Two independent reviews found ten problems, most of them in how Go’s output blames a crash on the right test; all were fixed with tests before release. It follows 0.7.0, which added the gate.
