TaskFused 0.2 Lets Finished Work Expire and Adds Prometheus Metrics

TaskFused used to keep every operation forever, so a long-running service’s file only grew and a capped namespace eventually filled up. Now each namespace can set an identity retention: finished work older than that is deleted with its history, its slot is free, and the same key starts new work. Unfinished work is never touched, and serve runs the expiry every minute.

serve also answers /metrics for Prometheus, with operations and attempts by state, lease expiries and queue age per namespace. The SQLite driver is now pure Go, so no C compiler is needed and the full test suite runs on Windows. The independent review caught a cancel that a short retention could hide from a still-running worker; that and its other findings are fixed and tested. The release post has the details, and the 0.2.0 binaries are on GitHub.
