Abbreviatory Tracks New Warnings and Comes as a GitHub Action

Abbreviatory 0.6.0 compares warnings between runs with -warnings, so a new one stands out from the forty everyone already ignores; a warning that only moved to another line stays the same warning. It also comes as a GitHub Action: one step runs the command, writes the report to the job summary, keeps the run history in the Actions cache and fails when the command fails.

Two independent reviews found ten problems, all fixed with tests before release. It follows 0.5.0, which added build tools.
