Preconfig 0.2 Adds Claude Code, Codex, Ona and Devin

Preconfig 0.2 writes setup for four more agent platforms from the same preconfig.yaml: a session-start hook for Claude Code’s cloud sessions, the settings to enter for OpenAI Codex, tasks for Ona and a blueprint for Devin. The Claude Code hook ran in a real cloud session, where it found that the image’s python3 is 3.13 and the setup script now handles that. Codex, Ona and Devin are checked against their documented formats but haven’t run on those platforms yet.

Two independent reviews found 18 problems, all fixed with tests before release. Existing specs that list no targets still get the original five files.
