Preconfig 0.3 Checks Agent Setup Files on Every Pull Request

Preconfig 0.3 ships as a GitHub Action. On each pull request it checks the agent setup files and marks problems on their lines; when the spec or setup script changes, it also proves the setup on a clean machine and puts Preconfig Doctor’s diagnosis in the job summary if it fails. preconfig check now also warns when its knowledge of the platforms’ formats is more than 60 days old.

Two independent reviews found 16 problems before release, among them verify running untrusted setup scripts with repository secrets on pull_request_target. The action’s own test then caught Windows line endings read as drift, fixed in 0.3.1.
